A New Beginning

Back in high school in Toledo, Ohio, Bart was the captain of the basketball team. Patti was homecoming queen. It was a storybook romance in what seems like a different era – a simpler time. They married, started a family, and had a strong group of friends and family who they always spent time with. Then one day, Bart learned that he was being transferred to South Florida. Although they were both smitten with the area from the moment they arrived, Patti dearly missed her friends and family. Her solution was to immerse herself head-first into several fledgling community organizations.

Long story short, Patti’s impact can be felt throughout Davie and the surrounding areas. She was instrumental in establishing the nature preserve that borders the Forest Ridge community. She was the area’s first PTA President. She realized Davie was lacking a strong parks department, so she spearheaded an effort to build new parks. Today, Davie’s community parks are among Florida’s finest.

What Matters Most

Patti is extremely proud of these accomplishments, but she’ll tell you they pale in comparison to the impact she’s made in her long-running real estate career.
